Our Taradale Holiday Programmes, based at Taradale Primary School, offer action-packed fun for children aged 5–13.

Y-Kids Taradale Holiday Programme is the perfect way for your tamariki to stay active, make new friends, and enjoy a fun-filled school break. Our friendly, fully trained staff are dedicated to creating a safe, engaging environment where every child can thrive. At the Y, we focus on supporting the growth and development of every child through activities that build active life skills, foster resilience and confidence, and encourage creativity. From energetic games that promote teamwork and physical confidence, to hands-on experiences that help tamariki navigate life’s challenges, and opportunities to explore artistic expression, our programmes are designed to nurture well-rounded, happy, and confident children.

Holiday Programme Fees

At The Y Hawke’s Bay, we offer fun-filled, full-day care for tamariki aged 5-13, our three Holiday Programmes operate daily from 7.30am to 6.00pm.

On-site Days – $55 per child, per day
Packed with exciting activities, games, and creativity, our on-site days are designed to keep children engaged, active, and smiling.
Trip Days – from $65 per child, per day
These days include awesome excursions to local attractions and adventures your child will love — always supervised and always memorable. We are generally back on site by 3.00pm.
